I Signed Up
Ok, so I signed up for Weight Watchers and I'm going to my first meeting on Saturday if everything works out. I'm still waiting for my packet in the mail. My friend and I are supposed to be meeting there at 7:45am! I'm nervous and excited to start this program. I hope this will not be another failed attempt. Wish me luck!

I think you're going to be surprised at how easy it will be to adapt the program to social situations in that you can eat what you want, you just have to count your points! A 7:45 meeting is great - that way you aren't eating all day before you weigh in! Can't wait to hear how you like it.
