Hello! So it's the first week in July and I've already been invited to 3 barbeques. One tonight, one tomorrow night and one on Friday! This is going to be crazy, but I just have to stay focused and watch what I eat. It's so hard when there are so many evil foods! I will go straight to the salads and fill myself up with that first. Then pick at the bad foods, but not go crazy! I must stay away from the dessert table. That's where I usually get into trouble. I hope everyone has a fantastic 4th of July!
